Does SoftSync build my website?

No. Your website stays yours, with your own design and address. SoftSync holds the words and pictures, and your site reads them.

Who can edit the content?

Anyone on your team you give access to. Each post shows its author with their name and picture.

What does my website need?

A small piece of server code that reads published posts with a workspace key. If an AI website builder made your site, the one-prompt setup writes it for you.

Will drafts show on my site?

No. Your site shows only posts the team has published. While building, a preview can also show drafts.

Can I add pictures and video?

Yes. Upload pictures in the editor, and add a YouTube, Vimeo or Loom link or an uploaded video file. Every picture needs a short description.

Is this the same as the Knowledge Base?

No. The Knowledge Base is for help articles, with a public help center SoftSync hosts. Website content feeds your own site, such as a blog or marketing pages.
