Start with the work you already do

Build it once. Customers use it every day.

Start from what the page is for, preview it as a visitor, then share it.

  1. Start

Pick what it is for. Get the pages made.

Choose customer self-service, a help centre, a public list, or a form or booking page. The pages arrive ready to adjust.

  2. Preview

Check it as your customer, before they do.

Pick a customer and see exactly what they would see. Nothing you try in the preview is saved.

  3. Sign in

    No password. Just a code.

A customer enters their email, receives a one-time code, and lands on their own page. Share it by link, QR code, or email.

    See how it works

Make it fit your business. Fields you do not tick are never shown. You can close the portal at any time or replace the link to sign everyone out.

Questions, answered

A few things people ask before they start.

Set up once, and customers get a clear page of their own.

Do customers need a password?

No. A customer types their email or mobile number, gets a six-digit one-time code, and is in. The code works once and for 10 minutes.

What can customers see and change?

Only the records linked to them, and only the details you tick. You choose which details they can change, whether they can add files, and which documents they can download.

Can I make a public help centre?

Yes. A help centre shows your published articles grouped by topic, and anyone with the link can read it. No sign-in is needed.

How do customers get the link?

Copy the link, print the QR code, or send the link by email from the Share window to up to 50 people at a time. With a texting service connected, you can send it by text too.

Can it live on my website?

Yes. Copy one line into the page on your website and the portal appears there under your name. It grows to fit the page, phones included.

How do I close it?

Switch off Open to visitors to close it for now. Switching it on again brings back the same link. Replace link makes the old link stop working and signs everyone out.

Is search included for help articles?

Yes. Switch on Let visitors search and visitors type a question in their own words and get the best answers first.
