Partner Brand Kit
Thank you for using SoftSync. This page gives you everything needed to represent the brand correctly: the logo files, the colours, the type, and a short set of usage rules.
Download the assets you need below, follow the usage rules, and reach out to your SoftSync partner contact with any questions.
Logo
Two assets: the wordmark for anywhere the brand needs naming, and the app icon, the interlocking S, for square contexts where the name is already established.
Clear space & minimum size
Dashed line = minimum clear space
- ✓Keep clear space equal to the logomark's height on all four sides, so don't let text or other logos crowd it.
- ✓Don't use the wordmark smaller than 110 px wide on screen (24 mm in print). Below that it's hard to read.
- ✓Don't use the app icon smaller than 16 px. Use one of the pre-sized PNGs below instead of shrinking the SVG.
Usage rules
Do
- ✓Use the light wordmark on light backgrounds and the reversed one on dark backgrounds.
- ✓Scale the logo proportionally, never stretch it in one direction only.
- ✓Give the logo breathing room. Don't crowd it against other text, logos, or busy imagery.
- ✓Use the app icon on its own once the wordmark has already appeared nearby.
Don't
- ✗Recolour the wordmark to anything other than the two provided colours.
- ✗Change the app icon's colours. Its gradient is fixed.
- ✗Stretch, skew, rotate, outline, or add a drop shadow to either mark.
- ✗Place the logo on a busy photo without a solid plate behind it.
- ✗Recreate the wordmark by typing "SoftSync" in a font. Always use the provided file.
- ✗Combine the SoftSync logo with your own logo in a way that implies a merger, joint ownership, or that you are SoftSync.

Wordmark
App icon
Colour
The product is a quiet greyscale: near-black for action, warm copper for links. The app icon carries its own fixed blue gradient, used only for the icon itself, never as a colour inside the product or in your own materials.
Core
Surfaces & lines
Typography
Three families, each with one job. Interface and display text use Inter; long-form reading uses Source Serif 4; numerals and code use JetBrains Mono.
Shape
Voice
When you write about SoftSync, keep it plain, benefit-first, and short.
Principles
- ✓Plain words. Say what a colleague would say. Avoid jargon.
- ✓Benefit first. Lead with what it does for the reader.
- ✓Short. A line plus two or three short sentences is usually enough.
- ✓Concrete. Give a real example so people know when to use it.
Naming
- ✓SoftSync: one word, capital S, capital S. Never "Softsync", "Soft Sync", or "SOFTSYNC" outside all-caps settings.
- ✓The product is SoftSync CRM.
