Start with the work you already do

One page. Three jobs.

The same article helps your team, your Assistant, and your customers.

  1. Write

A page for everything people keep asking.

Add pages with headings and lists. Keep drafts to yourself until they are ready.

  2. Find

Ask a question. Find the page.

Search with the words you would use, not the exact title. The best matches come first.

  3. Share

Turn pages into a help centre.

Mark a page for customers and publish it. It shows on your help centre and feeds your web agent.

    See how it works

Make it fit your business. Drafts and team pages stay private. A page reaches customers only when you publish it and mark it for them.

A simple way to use it

From first draft to answer.

  1. 01Write a page

  4. 04The Assistant, your web agent, and your help centre can use it

Questions, answered

A few things people ask before they start.

Write a page once and it can help your team and your customers.

Who can write pages?

Anyone who is an Editor in the Wiki group. Viewers can read pages but cannot create or change them.

Who can read them?

Everyone in your workspace can read every page, including drafts and team pages. Customers see only the pages you publish for them.

How do customers see pages?

Set a page to Published and Customers too, then switch on your help centre. Customers open the link, browse by topic, and search for answers.

Does the Assistant use it?

Yes. Ask a how-to or policy question and the Assistant looks through your pages first, then names the pages it used so you can check them.

What is the difference between team pages and help articles?

They are the same kind of page. Team only keeps it inside your team. Customers too, once published, also puts it on your help centre.

Can I keep drafts private?

Yes. A Draft is never shown to customers or the web agent. Publish it when it is ready.

Ready when you are
