Integration playbook / inbound intent and routing

Warmly for real-time inbound routing with SoftSync

Use Warmly for visitor context, qualification, and routing signals, then make the owned follow-up visible in SoftSync.

Short answer

Warmly documents visitor context, chat or AI qualification, routing, and webhook events. SoftSync can receive the qualified event, match it to a company or contact, and give a seller the prior history, meeting preparation, and next action. It should not automatically trust every visitor identity or AI classification.

Connected workflow

  1. Configure Warmly’s visitor, intent, or form event and its routing rule.
  2. Send a minimal webhook payload to a verified bridge or SoftSync API path.
  3. Match or create the company/contact with source, event time, confidence, and owner state.
  4. Use a SoftSync review view before creating an opportunity or sending outreach.
  5. Prepare the response with Assistant and track the conversation in the record timeline.

Human control and boundaries

Real-time routing is valuable only when the signal is good enough to act on. Visitor identification, AI chat, consent, and routing rules all need their own review. A webhook can arrive twice, out of order, or without enough identity to match safely.

What to measure

Measure routing latency, match confidence, duplicate rate, false-positive rate, response time, and conversations created from qualified—not merely observed—signals.

FAQ

Is this a native Warmly connector?

Only say that if the current SoftSync product has one. The strategy here is a verified webhook/API/bridge handoff into a reviewable CRM action.

Can AI chat update the opportunity automatically?

It should not do so without a clear rule and human review. A conversation needs identity, ownership, qualification, and an appropriate next action.
