Breakcold is built to win customers.
We're built for what happens after.
This is the closest thing to a fair fight on our site, and the page where we have the shortest list of wins. So we're going to do something we don't do anywhere else, and start with theirs.
What Breakcold does
better than us. Up front.
If you're doing relationship-led outbound on LinkedIn, this list probably ends it, and we'd rather you went and used them than switched to us and regretted it.
- Unlimited person and company enrichment. Included in the base plan. Ours is thinner and its best data is Norwegian. Not close.
- A genuine multichannel inbox. LinkedIn, Telegram, WhatsApp, Gmail and Outlook in one place, with conversations syncing automatically. We do email and calendar. We do not do LinkedIn, and we don't pretend to.
- A meeting recorder. In the plan. We have nothing like it.
- Unlimited contacts, pipelines, custom objects and fields. They cap none of it. We hold 25,000 records per object on Free and 250,000 on Pro.
- Claude, ChatGPT and MCP integrations. Same as us, and all three are on their pages. Their agent story is real, not a checkbox.
- Public reviews you can read. Hundreds of them, well rated. We have none yet, and that's a real thing to weigh.
- At five seats sharing two accounts, they're cheaper than us. $1,668 a year against our $1,740. We do that arithmetic properly further down rather than hiding it.
Read the two homepages
next to each other.
Theirs says the CRM that kills admin work so you can sell more. Ours says the CRM that works when you don't. That isn't a slogan difference, it's a product difference, and their site is consistent about it. We counted the words.
- LinkedIn, across their two pages. 19 mentions
- Invoice. zero mentions
- Renewal. zero mentions
- Automation. zero mentions
Counted from the text of breakcold.com and breakcold.com/pricing on 10 September 2026. The three zeros are also zero in the page source, so those words are not in what their server sends at all. That's not a criticism, it's a description: Breakcold is a hunting tool, built extremely well for the part of the business where you don't have the customer yet. Most small businesses spend maybe a fifth of their week there. The rest is the customer you already have. So the honest question isn't which CRM is better. It's which half of the job is currently costing you money.
Their headline price assumes your five
salespeople share two inboxes.
Breakcold's pricing is refreshing: one plan, sliders, no tier maze, and they publish the whole thing. It's the most honest pricing page in this comparison set. You just have to read what moves the sliders. $99 covers one seat and two connected accounts, and every extra seat or account is $10 a month. Their whole pitch is that each person works from their own inbox, so five people need ten accounts, not two.
Our arithmetic off their own published sliders, read 10 September 2026: $99 base, plus $10 a month for each seat past the first and each connected account past the second. The middle row is the shape their pricing page implies, and they win it by $72 a year. The bottom row is the same five people actually using the product the way it's meant to be used, and it costs $888 a year more than us. Look hardest at the top row: a solo operator pays $99 a month before anything happens, because the first seat carries the whole base price. There's also no free tier, only a 14-day trial, and free plan and free forever appear zero times on their site. Their base plan includes 3,000 AI CRM actions a month; ours are metered too, at 1,000 on Free and 10,000 on Pro.
Nothing runs while you're asleep.
Automation appears zero times across their homepage and pricing page, and there's no unattended workflow engine in the product they describe. That's coherent with what Breakcold is: a hunting tool assumes a hunter, at the keyboard, engaging people. The AI helps you do it faster. It doesn't do it while you're not there. Autopilot is the opposite idea. You type the job:
- Chase unpaid invoices politely until they're paid.
- Tell me when a customer hasn't heard from us in a month.
- Remind me when a deal goes quiet for two weeks.
After the handshake.
What was agreed, what was delivered, what was invoiced, what hasn't been paid, and who hasn't heard from you since March.
Emails file themselves against the right customer, the calendar syncs, and the follow-ups happen whether or not anyone remembers. On every plan including the free one.
Which half of the job
is hurting?
Six jobs, and we'd hand three of them to Breakcold. Not as a courtesy: if one of the first three is what's actually costing you money, they are the better purchase and this page has now said so twice.
Breakcold
Their home ground, and they built the whole product around it. We don't play on it at all.
Breakcold
LinkedIn, Telegram, WhatsApp, Gmail and Outlook in one inbox, syncing by themselves. Genuinely rare.
Breakcold
Unlimited, in the base plan, and better than ours. Ours is thinner and its best data is Norwegian.
SoftSyncthat's us
The words invoice and renewal appear zero times on their site. This is the half we built for.
SoftSyncthat's us
Autopilot runs unattended, with your laptop shut. Automation appears zero times on their site.
SoftSyncthat's us
Free forever, three seats, no card. Their first seat carries the whole $99 base price.
Three of the six go to them, and those three are the ones their product is actually built for. We are not going to win a page against Breakcold on outbound, and a list where every row pointed at us would tell you nothing.
Every figure about them on this page is their own published number with the date we read it, including the one where they're cheaper than us. If one is wrong, tell hello@softsync.ai and we'll fix it and re-date it.
Some people should genuinely run both: Breakcold for the top of the funnel, us for everything after the handshake. It's two subscriptions and one export away, and if outbound is a real function at your company it may well be the right answer.
Questions.
You said they're cheaper. Why would we pay more?
You don't do LinkedIn at all?
Could we use both?
Can we move from Breakcold to SoftSync?
Where did the word counts come from?
What does Breakcold cost, exactly?
Work out which half
of the job is hurting.
If it's the top, meaning not enough conversations and a pipeline too thin, Breakcold is a better tool than us for that and this page has said so repeatedly. If it's the bottom, meaning quotes that never got chased and a customer who went quiet in March that you only noticed in July, that's ours. Free forever, three seats, no floor to clear.
