Let your agent
fall in love.

SoftSync was built for agents from the ground up. Not a chatbot glued on afterwards. Anything you can do in SoftSync, your agent can do too.

Create customers, move deals, send email, clean up the mess, build a whole campaign. Connect Claude, ChatGPT or whichever one you already use, and let it work. You decide what it's allowed to do.

You typed this once

“Eleven people filled in the form on our website last week. Find out who they actually are before I start calling.”

  1. The list

It looked up all eleven companies.

What they do, where they are, roughly how big they are and what they sell. The ten minutes of searching you would have done yourself before every call.

  2. Who wrote in

It worked out who actually filled in the form.

Whether you are talking to the owner, the office manager, or someone gathering prices for their boss. That changes how the call should go.

  3. Already know them

Three of them are not new.

One is an old customer of yours from 2023. One asked for a price last spring and never replied. One is already in your list under a slightly different name.

  4. Written on the record

Everything it found is written on the customer.

A short paragraph in ordinary sentences, so you can read it in the car before you go in, instead of opening six tabs on your phone.

  5. Worth your time

    It put them in order.

The four that look like real work are at the top and the ones who are probably only browsing are at the bottom, and it explains in a sentence why it thinks so.

  6. The first line

It drafted the opening of each email.

Each one mentions what that company actually does, so the person reading it can tell you wrote to them and not to eleven people at once.

  7. Where it stopped

Two of them it left alone on purpose.

One was a competitor having a look around, and one was a student writing a thesis. It told you both, rather than putting them in your calling list.

  8. Your morning

Then it told you who to ring first.

Three names in order, each with one line on why. All of this was finished before you sat down with your coffee.

Connect it in
a minute.

SoftSync runs an MCP server, so an assistant you already use can read and write your CRM directly. One address, and it signs in as you.

  • Claude.ai and ChatGPT, go to Settings, then Connectors, and add a custom connector pointing at https://api.softsync.ai/mcp/softsync. Click Connect and sign in with your SoftSync account.
  • Claude Code and Codex, run claude mcp add --transport http SoftSync https://api.softsync.ai/mcp/softsync, or codex mcp add for Codex.
  • Any other MCP client, MCP is an open standard, so anything that speaks it connects to the same address.
  • It reads the manual first, because the server ships skills, not just tools. Before it touches anything, the assistant loads written guidance on how records, messages, notes, tables, groups and views actually work here. Most MCP servers hand a model a pile of tools and hope.
  • It signs in as you, over OAuth, so it sees exactly what you can see and nothing else. No API key to paste or leave lying around.
  • You stay in charge, with a read-only mode available, changes that need your confirmation, and an active SoftSync account required.
  • There is a REST API too, documented at https://api.softsync.ai/openapi/softsync/docs. Around sixty endpoints over the same ground, authenticated with a personal API key from Settings and API Keys. Use MCP when an assistant is doing the work, and the REST API when your own code is.

Questions about
agents.

What does it mean for a CRM to be agentic?
It means an AI agent can use the CRM the way a person does, rather than only answering questions about it. SoftSync was built for agents from the ground up, so anything you can do in SoftSync your agent can do too: create customers, move deals, send email and clean up the mess.
Which AI assistants can I connect?
Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini, or whichever one you already use. You are not locked to a single vendor and you do not have to change assistant to use SoftSync.
Can I control what the agent is allowed to do?
Yes. You decide what it is allowed to do. You can let it read without writing, let it draft email without sending it, or give it a free hand on a narrow task. The limits are set by you, not by the model.
How is this different from a chatbot in the corner?
A chatbot glued on afterwards can talk about your data. An agent can act on it: look up eleven companies, write what it found onto each customer, put them in order of who is worth calling, and draft the opening line of each email, all before you sit down with your coffee.
Can I see what the agent did?
Yes. Everything the agent does is written onto the customer in ordinary sentences, so you can read it back instead of trusting it blindly. It also tells you where it deliberately stopped and left something alone.
Does SoftSync have an MCP server?
Yes. It is at https://api.softsync.ai/mcp/softsync. Add it as a custom connector in Claude.ai or ChatGPT, or run claude mcp add --transport http SoftSync https://api.softsync.ai/mcp/softsync in Claude Code. You sign in with your SoftSync account, and it works with any client that speaks MCP.
What can an agent actually do through the MCP server?
Anything you can do in SoftSync. It can create and query records, update and merge them in bulk, find duplicates, read and search your messages, write notes, send an email from a template or run a whole campaign, run a published workflow, and even describe and change the shape of your tables.
Do I need an API key to connect an assistant?
Not for MCP. The connector signs you in with OAuth, so the assistant acts as you and sees only what you can see. Personal API keys exist as well, under Settings and API Keys, for calling the REST API from your own code.
Is there a REST API as well as the MCP server?
Yes. The Softsync Platform API is documented at https://api.softsync.ai/openapi/softsync/docs and covers records, groups and views, notes, messages, email templates and campaigns, published workflows, and the table schema itself. You authenticate with a personal API key created in Settings and API Keys, sent as the x-api-key header. Use MCP when an assistant is doing the work, and the REST API when your own code is.

Give your agent a key.

Nothing to learn. No card. Free forever from the day you're let in.
