Is SoftSync GDPR compliant?
Yes. Full data rights, processing agreements and EU transfer safeguards are in force today. SoftSync was built for European rules from day one rather than retrofitted for them, and the company behind it is Norwegian and operates under European law.
Where is SoftSync hosted?
Your data is stored and processed on Azure in Stockholm, inside the EU. The company is run from Norway. Every sub-processor is listed in full, with the region it operates in, so you can check rather than take our word for it.
Is SoftSync SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certified?
Not yet, and we would rather say so than wear a badge we have not earned. Every control a SOC 2 audit checks for is already in place and running, and the product is built to the ISO 27001 framework. What is missing in both cases is an independent auditor's sign-off, which is the next step.
Do you train AI models on my data?
No. We never train AI models on your data and we never sell, rent or hand it to advertisers. The AI features run on your data to answer your questions; they do not feed a model that anyone else benefits from.
Is there a GDPR-compliant CRM hosted in the EU?
SoftSync is one. It is a Norwegian company, the data is stored and processed on Azure in Stockholm, GDPR data rights and processing agreements are in force, and the full sub-processor list with regions is published rather than available on request.
Can I get a data processing agreement?
Yes. Processing agreements are part of what is in force today, not an enterprise add-on. The privacy policy sets out what is collected, where it goes and what your rights are.
